Once again Highland Park Florist met my expectations of beautiful blooms in an artful arrangement. My friend really enjoyed them especially since her recent hospital visit. My daughter loved her flowers, but I really appreciated your great customer service. You called me to advise that flowers were not delivered as no one was home but assured me that they would continue to call and were successful in delivering the flowers same day. When you are 2000 miles away in another country, you appreciate this level of customer service. Many thanks.
