Great customer service with the online order process and by driver as well as Carolina!! Received a call that the order was not able to be delivered at the time due to dogs in the front yard. They were both accommodating to hold on the phone while I got in touch with the recipient. Driver waited for a bit until they arrived to receive the flowers. I would highly recommend using them and will use them again if the occasion arises. Thank you Highland Park Florist!!!
