I had a great experience with Highland Park Florist! I placed a last-minute order and they were able to get the flowers delivered quickly without any issues. What really stood out was their customer service. There was no one available to receive the flowers when they arrived, and instead of just leaving them or taking them back, they waited an extra few minutes to make sure there was a proper handoff. I really appreciate the extra effort and attention to detail. The flowers were beautiful, the delivery was fast, and the service was excellent. I’ll definitely be ordering from Highland Park Florist again!

I was very hesitant to order flowers for my wife from a flower shop due to having bad experiences in the past however no regrets ordering from Highland Park Florist. Easy online ordering. I love that I was alerted when the order was on the way and when it arrived. They sent me a picture of delivery and the flowers were very beautiful and fresh. More importantly my wife loved her flower arrangement. I will definitely order from them again and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for same day delivery.
