What if I have a custom order request or need help with a funeral order?

What are upgrades?

Upgraded flower arrangements contain more flowers in the style and colour of the original
arrangement. Add an upgrade to make your flowers or basket even more spectacular!

Can my order be delivered in Los Angeles the same day I order it?

Generally, orders placed before 12:00pm (Noon) can be delivered the same day your order is
placed.  Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee same day delivery on Saturday or Sunday,
statutory holidays and during busy holiday periods, such as Valentine's Day or the
Christmas season but we will do our best to fulfill these requests.

Is the delivery charge included in the price of my flowers or gift?

Delivery charges vary, and are not included in the listed price of our flowers and baskets. For
